Invalid username/password

Even after resetting my password, it is not allowing me to connect to my personal Environment.

It is ended up with the below error.

And when you change your password, do you try to enter the one that appears by default, or write the new password again?

Since I'm not able to reach your environment (LifeTime and Service Center both cannot be reached), you're likely facing the same issue as in the following post.

Can you verify if you'll get the same 'Log_Backup' error message when you try to reach one of your modules?

If this is the case, I would also suggest to open a support case with OutSystems.

I raised a ticket and the issue is resolved by Outsystems team.
