Hi All,

We have recently made the jump to creating our first reactive web application but I have just noticed that I can't seem to find the Modal widget anywhere I have found the toggle modal action but not the actual widget to toggle.

Just wondering if this is new functionality in react web apps where you now just put the ID on to the container instead and it works like a modal or if they have switched it to the pop up widgit.

Any ideas?

Many Thanks

Dan

Hi Daniel,

Yes, now you need to use a Popup:

And you have a variable (Boolean type) to control if is to open or not the popup:
Does make sense in your scenario?

It does but has outsystems just removed the modal widget all together?

Yes, because the modal belongs to WebPatterns and now you need to use the OusystemsUI

Regads.

The modal also belongs to OutsystemsUI on version 11, the old modal which was used in WebPatterns is obsolete.

as you can see from this screen shot of a non reactive web application on version 11.

This is what the reactive web OutsystemsUIWeb looks like
