I just got an email from Prometrics that may exam is canceled due to Covid-19, but still tagged as in progress in Outsystems side. I used a voucher that expires at the end of the month. Will I get a new voucher or a new schedule?

Thanks for the reply, I know I'm not the only one with this concern, and already did file a support case for this anyway so I'll just wait for now.


Solution

Hey _JD, that email was sent by mistake to test takers scheduled to go on test centers and online. 

The online test takers like yourself received that email by mistake. 

You may ignore the email.
