If you don't want to go through the Forge, as you maybe do not want others to be able to download your work, you can ask OutSystems for help. See official OutSystems success document on this topic:

About Siseko's question, we don't have an optimal solution to make the transition of an app from Personal Environment to Enterprise but you can follow any option mentioned above, or since you posted your OML in this thread you can simply download it from here and it will be IPP free ??

Note: if you decide to upload/download it through Forge, don't forget to remove it afterward, otherwise it will be available for everyone.
