Change the color of container when selected

Hi!

How do change of the color of a container when it is selected? I have a page with a sidemenu with different items in there. I have put them all in different containers set with destinations to their page. I have added css to the containers so the color changes when I hover over one. But when I click it (and go the page) I want the color to change. So for example if my menu is white and the containers are also white, when I am on the page the container linked me to, that specific container needs to become blue.

I have tried this with the extended properties by setting style to background if....... with a boolean local variable but this does not work the way I want. If I do this, multiple containers become blue instead of just 1, I think I am missing some active statement maybe?

Can somebody help?

Solution

Hi Max,

Did you Ajax Refresh just the one Container after changing the Variable?

Solution

Hi, friend.

Some menus already have this propertie, called ActiveMenuItem.

It is a boolean parameter to identify if the current screen is active.
