how to make "UserId" foreign key as a mandatory?

hi,

when i make "UserId" foreign key is mandatory

This error occurs

how to solve it ?

Hi Rashed,

Looks like after setting UserId attribute as mendatory and inserting a record in the entity you have passed a UserId which doesn't exists in Users Entity records.

Can you please share how you are inserting records in your Jobs entity and how are you passing UserId in it?

Hi,

The error can also occur if you first added the attribute without the mandatory option to true, and added records without an userid.

More critical here is the Delete rule. If it is set to Delete or  Protecta a valid userid must be set.

You can easily check fix this:

1 set delete rule to ignorer

2 unsure all records get a valid useridi3or

3 set delete rule back to Delete and mandatory to true

4 now you should be able todo the 1CP successful

 Regards,

Daniel
