Hi Parko,

Your config json is not valid Plese check once and make sure that you set inputid to a text area not input.

Hi Parko Cham,

Can you tell me in which type of app you are trying this Traditional or React?

What extra features you are trying in this ?

Please find the oml for refrence.

hope this will help you

Amreen

Hello Parko,

Hope you are doing well.

Related to your question, did you use the demo module and perform the changes there?

You should be able to remove those elements by removing them from the toolbar definition or by using the property "removeButtons" in the configuration.

Additionally, I was able to use your configuration by removing the comments inside of the JSON and correct the last comma inside the wordcount configuration.

"toolbarGroups: [
        { name: 'document', groups: [ 'mode', 'document', 'doctools' ] },
        { name: 'clipboard', groups: [ 'clipboard', 'undo' ] },
        { name: 'editing', groups: [ 'find', 'selection', 'spellchecker', 'editing' ] },
        { name: 'forms', groups: [ 'forms' ] },
        { name: 'basicstyles', groups: [ 'basicstyles', 'cleanup' ] },
        { name: 'paragraph', groups: [ 'list', 'indent', 'blocks', 'align', 'bidi', 'paragraph' ] },
        { name: 'links', groups: [ 'links' ] },
        { name: 'insert', groups: [ 'insert' ] },
        '/',
        { name: 'styles', groups: [ 'styles' ] },
        { name: 'colors', groups: [ 'colors' ] },
        { name: 'tools', groups: [ 'tools' ] },
        { name: 'others', groups: [ 'others' ] }
    ],

removeButtons: 'Form,Checkbox,Radio,TextField,Textarea,Select,Button,ImageButton,HiddenField,Anchor,Language,BidiRtl,BidiLtr,CreateDiv,Find,Replace,Cut,Copy,Paste,PasteText,PasteFromWord,Templates,Save,NewPage,Preview,Print,Source,SelectAll,Scayt,Subscript,Superscript,RemoveFormat,Flash,Table,HorizontalRule,Smiley,SpecialChar,PageBreak,Iframe,ShowBlocks',

extraPlugins: 'wordcount,notification',
wordcount: {
    showParagraphs: true,
    showWordCount: true,
    showCharCount: true,
    countSpacesAsChars: true,
    countHTML: false,
    maxWordCount: -1,
    maxCharCount: -1
}"

If you have further questions, please let me know.

Thanks for your reply. For me I re-checked and used the following code

"removePlugins:'save,templates,forms,about,bidi,print,flash,pagebreak,smiley,specialchar',
toolbar:[
    ['Font','FontSize'],
    ['Bold','Italic','Underline'],
    ['NumberedList','BulletedList','-','Outdent','Indent'],
    ['Scayt'],
    ['TextColor','BGColor'],
    ['Image'],
    ['Source']
],
extraPlugins: 'wordcount'"

its work.

Glad to hear that Parko :)

Happy coding.
