Slower web application in PRO environment

I have noticed slowness when uploading a TST (test environment) web application to PRO, what could be the cause? At the development level there is no problem, do you know of any tools or good practices to improve speed? (for example in a screen change)

Hi Josep,

Most likely the size of your database tables is the cause of your performance difference between your non-production and production environments. Also the amount of traffic (number of concurrent users and the amount webrequest they generate can be an important factor.

You can monitor this if you enable LifeTime Analytics.

You can also create reports in Service Center to identify where the problem might happen.

Hi Daniel,

The problem is that there was no data in the tables, but we will monitor to see what is the cause.

Thank you very much for all the information.

Hi Josep,

You can also use Architecture Dashboard for performance related issues:

https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/Architecture_Dashboard/How_to_Use_Architecture_Dashboard

https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/Architecture_Dashboard/Architecture_Dashboard_FAQs

You will get to know about the best practice and also much more about performance & security measures.
