Change PushWoosh Ownership

Hello, fellow community members!

We’re happy to announce that from May 21st onwards, the PushWoosh plugin will be supported by PushWoosh instead of OutSystems, improving its experience for all our customers.

This change of ownership will benefit every PushWoosh user since there will be a single line for maintenance and change requests through PushWoosh support. The plugin will remain up to date with the latest official PushWoosh versions, the number of integration features may increase, and PushWoosh will proactively support all the latest OutSystems feature and device compatibility updates.

This means that if you happen to need support on the plugin integration, you should reach out to PushWoosh official support channels after May 21st onwards.

Other than that, this change will not affect any of your applications using the plugin. You can continue using it as you previously did, both when generating apps with current MABS versions or installing previous app versions, with no noticeable changes.

Kind regards,

The OutSystems Team

That is really nice, Hugo.
It's always fantastic when a company supports plugins for their own product.
Thanks for letting us know :)

Thanks for your sharing Hugo.

And about the OneSignal, I few days ago, ask to R&D Team, if one signal forge component support the VoIP feature, to wake up the mobile, when the App are close. Do you know something about it?

Hi Miguel,

I'm not aware of the request, but I can tell you that we don't have planned new features for OneSignal plugin in our short term roadmap.

Thanks.

Now that it will be supported by Pushwoosh it will be smooth implementation .

Cool & Great

That's a great news. Now the Pushwoosh will maintain, update the plugin and also the support :)

It is great when companies support key related products.

This means Pushwoosh sees OS has a valuable partner and also that OS doesn't need to keep updated on Pushwoosh's release plans.
