In multi-tenant application how to handle multiple active directories? Let us suppose we have 5 vendors and 5 active directories then how to make them configurable with outsystems?

Hi Lovish, check these 2 post that is a possible solution to your problem

https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/26606/support-for-multiple-tenants/

https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/45110/idp-mobile-multi-tenant-support-outsystems/

Both are using the IDP component from Forge here are the links

IDP Mobile: https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/45110/idp-mobile-multi-tenant-support-outsystems/

IDP React:  https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/7090/idpreact

IDP Web: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/599/idp

With this implementation, you can provide different directories based on your requirement.

Hope I could help you.

Hi Lovish,

1. If you have Azure AD (Active Directory) you can Federate multiple instances of Azure AD with single instance of AD FS (Federation Services).

2. Outsystems Platform 11.8.0 already support "single sign-on (SSO) for Traditional, Reactive Web and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). Your users now sign in to one app and switch to the other apps without having to sign in again".

3.Configure SAML single sign-on with Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS).

Federate multiple instances of Azure AD with single instance of AD FS: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-fed-single-adfs-multitenant-federation

New in Platform Server 11.8.0: https://success.outsystems.com/Support/Release_Notes/11/Platform_Server

Hope I could help you.
