Hi Vivek,

What is it you try to achieve?

  1. Did you create an application and you want to share it in the Forge? You can only share what you developed on and downloaded from your own environment to an .oml or .oapfile.
  2. Did you downloaded a Forge component, change it, and now want to publish it back to the Forge? That is only possible if you are a team member.
  3. You have an application or module you want to share on a post in the forum? Just download the .oml or .oap and upload it to your forum post.

From the error messages you get, I think it is number 2) you changed a component downloaded from the Forge and now you try to upload it. You should first request to become a team member. If the component development team accepts your request, you can align with them what your change is and how they like to proceed with your changes being published.

Daniel

Hello  Vivek.

There is nothing you can do. The Forge already has that application, so it refused your version.

By default you can't publish in your environment a module created in another environment.  You can only open it to see how it works. If the module were from a paying customer, the author could do the IPP removal to share it.

You tried to publish it on the Forge to remove protection (that's not what the Forge is for!) but someone else did the same so it was detected as a duplicated application.

Hi Vivek,

Maybe what you want is to share your oml to your team member, but if you using different environment, you cannot do this because of IPP.

What you can do is go to IPP page (https://www.outsystems.com/HomeIPP/) and upload the oml there, with the activation key of targeted environment (go to target environment, open service center, go to administration, then see the activation code)

Thanks
