Displaying cards using data from database

how to display cards in four column layout using database?

Hi Srikanth,

I don't understand what you are asking. What does the database have to do with a four-column layout? What "cards" do you mean?

If this is around UI design, would suggest to share a mock design of what you are trying to achieve. Try to provide detailed description what you are after.

Cheers

Hai Kilian , I have a database which contains the user details, So I have to display those user-details in cards in four column layout. So did you get that??

Hi Srikanth,

Yes, thanks for the explanation. May I ask where exactly you are stuck? I assume you already know how to retrieve data from the database? So where's the problem?

Hi Srikanth,

Is the Four Column Gallery screen template something that would fit your requirement? If so, you can create a screen a using this template.

And afterwards you can use the Replace Data feature in order to replace the test data with Users data and customize it further to fit your requirements. The result would be something like this.

Hi Srikanth,

If i understand correctly you want your card to be display in four column.

and these thing are coming from database,  in this case instead of four column structure you have to use gallary widget.

Hi Srikanth did you follow any of the Bootcamp course? Are you new to OutSystems?

By the question I assume you are new to Outsystems, so would advise you to make one of the Paths from the online Bootcamp, it will save you hours of your coding when you understand the basics

Traditional web: https://www.outsystems.com/learn/courses/114/developing-web-apps-outsystems-11/?LearningPathId=2

Reactive: https://www.outsystems.com/learn/paths/18/becoming-a-reactive-web-developer/

Mobile: https://www.outsystems.com/learn/courses/115/developing-mobile-apps-outsystems-11/

Hope I could help you
