Embedding a Link in a Blog Post

We are trying to figure out how to embed in link in a blog post.   We have the content for our blogs in a database.

We would like to be able to do just like Outsystems does on their blog post:

https://www.outsystems.com/blog/posts/pwa-low-code/

Page down on the post and you will see

"

The Benefits of PWAs in OutSystems

Some time ago, we wrote about PWAs, sharing our view of where they can fit in your digital strategy. We also shared some case studies of PWAs adoption. ."

We want to do a link just link the "we wrote about PWAs" .

Do we have to store the data differently in the database for the link?

We look forward to your thoughts on how to address.

Thanks,

Bradley

Hi Bradley,

Simply select the text that you want to connect to the link and right click it, then select the "Link To" > "Redirect to URL". The text will now appear as a link and just have to set the URL on the properties of the link: e.g. "https://www.outsystems.com/blog/posts/pwa-low-code/"

(You need to surround your URL with double quotes for it to work "https://xxxxxxxx [Your url]".)

This doubt has shown up before, you can see the response here: https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/18175/linking-an-external-url/

If what you are trying to do is to fetch data from the database to populate your blog post and then add a link somewhere in the text of that post I don't think it is possible, at least without some coding.

Hope it helped,

Clarisse
