Can't Able to open my personal environment-Outsystems

I Can't able to open my Personal Environment. It asked me to wake up on my environment. Even after I  got to wakeup my environment I cant able to open my module in that environment.

Please help me to clear it.


Try restarting the service studio , which I believe you might have already done. 


Try clearing the team files: Windows -> run -> %temp% -> Delete everything from the folder. 


if the problem still persists raise a support case.

Check if your environment is up in https://www.outsystems.com/home/

Check your mailbox too if you received some maintance email warning.

Hi Abinaya,

It is likely that the environment is still in the sleep mode. As Leandro indicated, do confirm on the portal if it is green.

Also, I remember once I had this issue and then had to update the Service Studio. Since, the personal environments are managed instance, it gets upgraded to the latest stable. Which means you have to have a supported version of Service Studio to be able to open the modules on the environment. Which version of the service studio are you using?

You Need to wake up your environment .
https://www.outsystems.com/home/
then you try to access lifetime and check your environment health if it is full then you need to clean up.
