Unable to access/test the android apk neither from installation link or QR Code

Hi,

I m unable to access my android app in the mobile device neither  from  Scanning the QR Code or from the installation link being generated, giving me the error "Server IP address could not be found". 

And also couldn't test from Outsystems now app since it is displaying " we weren't able to reach the app"..


Kindly help with any suggestions..

it is working on IP address like 10.10.XXX.XX 

and your app is working on browser or not.

have you checkedd in service center -go to service center and go to application which you want generate app see native platform and check

I noticed the error in my service center that "version code must be greater than 10".  

my app is working on the browser but the problem is when i try to test it using qr code or the app installation link am unable to proceed .
