Empty dashboard data architecture

I want to ask

After I finished the setup for the architecture dashboard in the environment, why didn't I bring up the data? I've waited for a few days and it's still empty.

Is there something wrong with the setup?

Make sure your environment meets all the prerequisites.

If you have everything setup correctly, you can check inside the Monitor screen of Architecture Dashboard Probe application whether packages are being exchanged. You can access that screen via https://<LifeTimeHostname>/ArchitectureDashboardProbe/PluginHome.aspx?ShowMonitor=True.


Furthermore, you need to make sure your LifeTime server can reach the hostname https://architecture.outsystems.com/ since data is being exchanged with OutSystems through a SOAP Webservice. You can check out the Integrations Log inside Service Center of your LifeTime environment and apply the appropriate search filters.

Hi Danang,

I see you are using a Cloud Demo License, so it is best to contact OutSystems Support for that matter. 

It could be that the data is not mapped to the correct account/infrastructure.
