Average response time on PE


I am not able to access my PE and it is up. Out of curiosity, what is the average response time of support ticket for Personal Environment? 


Considering it is weekend, it may take a while.

What is the error?

Connecting from Service Studio? Opening a specific site/app?

Can you open Service Center or Lifetime?


I can not access from browser my apps, servicenter , lifetime

From Service Studio either.

As i access to outsystems.com  i can see the PE is up
