connection timeout the problem persist increase

excuse me, i want to ask.

Before error, i just added dependencies in the apps. Now, i can't login to the environment on outsystems studio with the following error message like this


I also can't log in to https: // <environment> / ServiceCenter

Hi Mhaz,

Check your enviroment status in the Platform --> Home Screen.

And also check if you not received an email from outsystems saying that your environment is in maintenance period. It happens sometimes .

Hi Mhaz,

You can also increase the Operation timeout value and try to re-connect the environment

Edit > Preferences

status environment there is no problem, but I still can't check the status at the service center.

I will wait, hopefully it can run normally by itself. thank you James.
