QA environment service center stopped generating logs

Hello all,

In my client QA environment, there are no new logs generated after July 10th but in their Devs environment the log still generated as normal. All their environment is On-Premise. 

Has anyone experience this before? what would be the cause?

Is the environment up and running normal?

Did you check the health page on the monitoring tab of service center?

Yes the environment is up and running normally, and the environment health in the monitoring, everything has green check icon

Hi Kevin,

A few questions.

  • Was there anything changed on the QA environment before the logs stopped being generated? 
  • Have you checked the Windows Event Viewer logs on the server for errors?
  • Have you tried restarting the OutSystems Log Service on the server?
