How do I encrypt an entity
Question

Hi
I am developing a mobile application with some background processes.

I want to set up the process to wait for the mobile user to create an entity (simple enough to do)

But I want to hash the entity which consists of the following data

4 fields, varying data types, lengths
2 fields will always be used, but the other 2 are optional

So get the field data - then hash each field - save it to an entity - extract the hashed data from the entity - and then unhash and use the data

Can anyone give me any advise on how to do that

Thank you in advance
Regards
Robert

Hi Robert,

If i understand it correctly , you want the data to be hashed\encrypted before saving it to the entity and unhash it after fetching?

There are already few forge component available for encryption\decryption which you can use to achieve this.
