Send archive to multiple emails through a for each or other

In my project, the zip archive is sent to only one email. How can I send through a cycle to several emails at once, separated by commas. How the split function can be used

Hi kan2332,

You can use a site property to store your email list, then use String_split to iterate and send one email for every address in your site property. Like this:

Let me know if this helps,

Pedro

Solution

Hi,

You can add below expression in Emails To property:

String_Join(String_Split("boom@mail.ru,zoom@mail.ru,cool@mail.ru",","),";")

The above expression will first split the String by Comma(,) and then will join the sprint by ; which will send the mail to Multiple users

Let me know if it resolves your problem

Cheers,

Krushna

Hi,

You can directly pass comma(,) seprate EMail in To,

take one variabel like EmailIds and assign to , sperate value like below image

and pass this varibale to email template

Hope this will help you.

Check Site properties in Data Tab I guess you are checking in the Interface tab

With site properties, you would have to do it in the Service Center, see below:

Do I need to change something here? To take multiple emails separated by commas

Hi kan,

You have to enter the list of the emails in the String_Split and then iterate it in the for each

Can I do it without entering my email? I need him to take multiple emails. I added a screen above but it takes one email there

You have to enter the string of emails you want "1@example.com,2@example.com,3@example.com" in string split, then use the outcome of the String_split in the for each, and use the current value in the for each in the "To" field of the email.
