Bug on number of replies in OutSystems forum
Question

Good morning,

Since yesterday, on the forum post list, there are posts appearing with 0 replies when they actually have replies.

If you filter by Tab "Unanswered" and click a few, it's easy to spot that they have answers after all.

Best regards,

Solution

Hi All,

OutSystems reported that they fixed the problems. I did a quick test and thought it all works ok.

Maybe some of you that replied in this discussion can confirm it works ok now?

Daniel

Hi João,

Now that you mention that I also say this.

I will report it to OutSystems, also I noticed myself it always starts the Whats Hot post, instead of the Recent posts. I already reported that.

Daniel

I want to add that the bug is not only in posts with 0 replies. Many of them show the number of replies 1 less than they actually are.

I have noticed this too yesterday. Looks like it shows number of replies - 1.

Hi João,

Yes actually, but online when accessing the forum on mobile. It is already reported to OutSystems this morning.

Accessing the forum in dekstop modus on mobile on on desktop/laptop works correctly.
