Attempted to read or write protected memory.

Hi, we've just found below error in our servicecenter.

Any idea what this means?
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Hello Eric

That's a known error that occurs from time to time when the automatic monitoring mechanism of Service Center attempts to get information from the system Message Queues, used by the Agile Platform for logging and SMS.

Although this error can be logged several times on the Service Center error logs, the impact is negligible, since it doesn't hurt any Agile Platform operation, nor the application's runtime.

The OutSystems R&D is aware of this problem, and it will be fixed in a future revision patch of all affected versions of the Agile Platform server component. At the moment, these are version 5.0 and 5.1.
