Platform Upgrade Error on Create/Upgrade Database
Question

Hi,

On the configuration tool OSADMIN and OSRUNTIME can connect successfully per Test Connection. However when Create/Upgrade Database throws the above error.

EDIT: version upgrading from 11.6 to 11.9

As per the OutSystems staff we are working it, it is a reported issue but may not happen every time.

Hi JC,

That is strange.

After you reproduce the error, you should check out the ConfigurationTool.log which by default is located on C:\Windows\Temp\

Try and see if there is a clue in there on why the timeout occurs

Hi JC,

I would open a support case with OutSystems and attach the ConfigurationTool.log file. 

This could help them uncover any bugs during the Create/Upgrade Database execution and improve the platform upgrade process in total.
