I do not receive a reactivation email from my personal OutSystems environment

I did not activate my personal environment within 48 hours, so I received the warning that I would need to reactivate via email received from OutSystems, however, I have not received any email until then, I have checked all folders, including trash and spam, also already I sent and received test emails from other accounts and it worked fine.

After clicking the link above, I go to the email inbox pb2b.osprd@outlook.com and realize that the email did not arrive.

Hi Clauber,

I find that alot of OutSystems emails are redirected to the Junk folder however if the email never arrives it probably worth raising this issue with OutSystmes support.
