Hi, 

I'm using OneSignal 3.1.0 on 2 mobile apps, and i noticed that new devices were not being registered. My investigation through debug concluded that the registerUser ServerAction belonging to the OneSignalAPI module was stopping on the inicial if, since the pushToken and OneSignalUserId were empty.

This problem seems to be recent (less than 2 months i would say) previously i was able to register devices without any problem. No code changes were made during that period.

Does anyone have this issue?
