Application redirect on user portal https://
Question

Application first time browse and redirect on https://<subdomain>.enterpriseoutsystems.com/user.

but next time its work properly.

How to resolve this issue ?

Cause

  • “/ActionDoLogout” Page is not found in the application after logout.
  • SAML application does not logout properly, reason of that  application is redirected to the /users application.

Solution : Add the “/ActionDoLogout” blank page and verify the issue.

Problem has been resolved.

where & How will use this function so will resolve my issue.

According to my analysis, this is happening for SAML login.

Application redirect on user portal https://<domain name>/Users

Hi Shahaji,

Your application is tradicional or reactive ?

If tradicional, how is setting up default entry point?

If reactive what page are setting your default webpage?

Hi Alexandre,

Application is the Reactive applications.

We already assign the default screen but no luck.

Observation - login is not working only SAML for first time redirect to /users application otherwise no issue.

Regards,

Shahaji
