I see from your screenshot this is for Appraisal_CS module, is the screen in Appraisal_CS module ?

I already test this on my environment, and it shouldn't be problem.

Yes it is weird. when I debug the program I can see the screen, then it check the permission.

I thought It will check first the permission before the screen can view.

I found it. I have a drowdown widget in asset in webBlock that  point to the other screen instead of the Screen Action.

And the other screen has different permission ?
