[OutSystems Charts] Unable to add UI Flows under Manage Dependencies
Forge component by OutSystems R&D

Application Type
Traditional Web

We recently upgraded to Platform Server 11 (Version 11.9.1 - Build 20359), and installed OutSystemsCharts. When I go to Manage Dependencies and check all the boxes for this module, I still don't have access so we can replace our old charts with this. When I open Manage Dependencies again, the UI Flows and Client Actions are unchecked. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any ideas why we can't reference the UI Flows in this module?

Solution

Have you tried "OutSystems Charts Web " from the forge?

Replacing the use of "Charts" by the components in the "OutSystems Charts Web"?

It seems like "Charts" have been "discontinued

Hi!

Your app is  a reactive/Mobile a or a traditional web?

For traditional Web the charts are in the "Charts" , the new one do not work.

For reactive or Mobile you can use the OutSystems Charts

You should contact the platform administration and report that error as they  , as the error says, have to"run configuration tool to update this environment"

In that case perhaps only the OutSystems Support team can help you.
