Max input parameters size for server actions

Hi,

We were having issues in one of our apps (specifically PWA) where the browser would simply crash when it tried to send a 'large' amount of images (>50 MB) through a server action. We expected this limit to be a bit higher than this.

We have now started sending the data in batches to avoid this.

How large is the limit on the amount of data you can send at a time to the server with a server action (if any)? 

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your response.

I have had a look at similar post and they all have mention that the limit is much bigger than what we are experiencing. It is a very strange issue as the app is making the browser run out of memory when it tries to send +-50MB of data with the server action (not close to the 2 GB mentioned)

Do you perhaps have any other ideas of what this could possibly be?
