I was using Service Center in the enterprise environment. When I refreshed the page it logged out. I tried to log in. But I am getting an "Invalid User name password" error. Can someone advise why? Recently I added my load balancer to the "ServiceCenter/Environment_NetworkSecurity.aspx" and changed the below site properties in the Users module InvalidLoginCheckWindowInMinutes to 2 minutes, EnableBruteForceProtection to True and EnableBruteForceProtectionPerIP to True
