I'm using Service Studio 11 and I'm trying to create a custom splash screen for my app(iOs and Android), I'm following the bellow articles but it doesn't work and I don't any error:

Can you share oml here not able to open oap file in our env due to IPP validation.
on the main module have you set Splash Screen destination-
