Only local create-actions in Process Launch On?
Question

Hi

If i want to define a LaunchOn Create-action in a Process,  I can only see entities that are defined in the current module.

Is that correct or am i missing something?

Thanks in advance

Hi Huub,

In order to Launch a Process on Create action from an entity you need to Expose its Process events, and you can do that by right-clicking the entity, selecting the option Edit Entity, select the tab Advanced and check the option Expose Process Events.

Once you have checked this, the entity will appear on the Process launch options if you are on the module of the entity or if the entity is referenced on the module where you have the BPT.

Hope it helps.

João

Hi Hubb,

No, you can also define entities from other modules, just have a reference to the entity and the entity has the Advance attribute Expose Process Events checked.
