Solution

I did the below steps to resolve the issue:

1. Sent detailed issue to training@outsystems.com from my registered community mail.

2. They created a support ticket to follow up

3. Finally It resolved after couple of follow ups

just so you'd know you're not the only one, I have the same problem.

I mailed support@outsystems.com, and my new ticket is already visible in the overview, with attachments and everything, so that still works.

Hello, 

I've seen this problem happen when you paste the text into the input or select the browser autocomplete, causing onChange event not to run.

In these cases, typing some character in the field and deleting just to trigger the onChange can work.

Anyway, it is a bug.
