Hello Guys,

I need to find out when (at what days and times) is the platform least used.

Is there any report in Service Center ad/or Lifetime that can help me to get this information?

Hi Marios,


In LifeTime under Anaytics, you can currently retrieve this data easily for Traditional Web:

There are step by step instructions on how to enable Lifetime analytics here.


I think for Mobile and Reactive, there is some information out-of-the-box in Service Studio, you can read more here.

That will do. I discovered that you can check hits per hour if you select up to 3 days.

If you want to deep and detailed perspective you should used the raw data available through the OutSystems Performance Monitoring API. More information available at: https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/11/Reference/OutSystems_APIs/PerformanceMonitoring_API


Every time someone do a request in one application(1), a request event will be logged and will be almost real-time(2) available to be analyzed.
