[Data Grid Web] datagrid: How to cope with session variables

I have a webscreen with above the Datagrid a selection combobox, wich sets a session variable.

Dependend on the choses value the datagrid is filled with rows.

But when I use insert blank row from the context menu, the field which has as default value the session variable is not filled with the current value of the session variable.

Is there a way to correct this? Synchronize with the current session variable value?

Solution

Hi Cees van Oosten,

Please try to add the below simple code on the OnChange event of your dropdown and then try again, i know it will refresh your page but selected session variable value on the drop down will be assigned to new row field, if required i can share the oml as well.
