This error was reported when I connected to OutSystems, but it was not reported when I logged in on my colleague's computer. Do you know the reason? Can you help me solve this problem

The most obvious reasons would be you make a typo or have capslock on the pc where the login failed.
But I checked that the password was correct
Did you try and remove browser cache?
It was in the environment, not in the browser, but I did get an error after I cleared the browser cache.
