you don't give us much to go on here, judging by what you say, I suppose you substract 2 variables, maybe?  I'd guess that when you get to that piece of code, the first variable is probably not populated.  That should be easy enough to debug.

Or else, maybe share an example oml demonstrating this behaviour.
