Hi,

We are having complaints from our customers who have Android 10 SDK 29.

The component is not identifying that these devices have Touch Id.

Are there any settings that I need to enable for this case?

Anyone else going through this?

Hi,

I am having the same issue. The plugin is giving an error code 2, TouchID is not defined.

I am using Android version 10 with One UI version 2.5.

I just installed the plugin, so it is the latest version.

Update for all, as a newbie on Outsystems Mobile I missed a step that fixed the issue.

Once a new plugin is added, you should re-generate the app for the full integration to take effect.

While I can't say that this is a general way that all plugins will work, this action fixed my issue.
