I can not publish application In my personal environment.

I have done free up the resources many times but still can not open apps in browser

What should I do?

It is best you create a support case for this.

I can reach both Service Center and Lifetime of your personal environment, but other apps like Users and Bookings are unreachable.

I'm sure OutSystems Support will be able to fix it for you.
