You can save an espace version of the espace where the fixes you want to do are, open it in Service Studio in Production environment and merge where you can choose which changes do you want to apply. You should then mark them as a Hotfix in Lifetime.

The unit of deployment in LifeTime is the application, so the short answer is NO. I believe it may still be possible to choose only certain modules in an application when deploying (kind of a "partial-deployment") but it can quickly turn into a headache and still wouldn't really help you deploy only certain fixes...
