Hi,

I am trying to work in web application development. Could anyone help if there is an error below? Provided the screenshot of the error.

I have checked the manage dependency as well but everything seems to be fine.

Wait, you are working from Reactive, right?

So  you will need a client action to use it as a function.

You can create this action yourself:


Notice that the action is under Client Actions and the icon is white with orange border unlike the server actions whose icon is fully orange.

You have an action called GetApplicationName in RichWidgets, which is probably what you want to use instead:

Hi Sahana,

It seems you're doing the tutorial for web development (OSMDB Application).


If that's the case in that exercise you need to add a reference first to OSMDB_Core, action GetAppName (which has to be marked as a function to be used inside your expression).


Can you verify that you added the reference to OSMDB_Core and that your action looks like this:
