Sorry, I'm unable to understand the use-case completely. If possible could you please share the same widget pattern documentation reference for more clarity?

Is it that you want to hide the dropdown widget caret-down mark?

Is it that you only want to showcase the dropdown options inside the fieldset, without Dropdown widget default view?

Or only want to showcase the selected dropdown option within the fieldset?
