I am one of the forum moderators, I updated your title, as the word "hover" is just not descriptive enough.

That said, still you give little information about what you actually try to achieve or what the problem is you are facing.

Please provide more details, if you want community members be able to help you.

Also please when posting a question select the application type you are working on (mobile, reactive, traditional) because most solutions will be different depending on the application type.
