Returning to Clicked Location in a TableRecord on a Previous Page
Application Type
Traditional Web

My application has a long table record with links taking you to a screen with details about the item in the table record. When the End-User backs out or cancels from the 'Item' screen, I would like the webpage to return in location to where the item was clicked.

I believe this would be easy by just passing the item.Id back and forth, but haven't found a way to return the page view in the table record. Is there any functionality which would allow this?

Hello Ben,

You can use the public action from 'OutSystems UI Web'  in the Utilities folder: “ScrollToElement.” This action will allow you to scroll to a given element on the page automatically.
