Yes, Microsoft Word is not able to be open. The file is downloaded, but when I tried to open Microsoft Word file, I get the message: "Word found unreadable content in the file, do you want to recover this document"

and when I click "Yes" it tried to open the Word document, but after through the error "Word experience an error trying to open file.

Hi Inna,

Did you check whether the file has any bytes in it? This error may also appear if the file size is 0 bytes.
