    If I understand correctly, your issue is how to pass the Name during upload file.

    when you use this component, I think you need a screen to process file like below, then you can pass your Name like ExternalId (you can name it as per your requirement)

then add the parameter like below

Hi  IT Mploy Associates,

when your saving that file in enitity you can add one more attribute in that enitity as uploaded By of text data type and you can save Name with that data.
