Hi Nimo,

1) I can see the Yellow underline is coming below Navigation placeholder showing that this is not part of the selected layout, Please remove Navigation Folder and Menu web block inside it.

2) In the second, Place your Common/Menu block inside Header placeholder and remove ApplicationTitle block.
