How could i import The-Third SDK into my outsystem project like Paypal,Twitch etc? or unsupport for The-Third SDK

It depends on the nature of the integration. Paypal is available wrapped in a Cordova plugin from the Forge. From what I understand of Twitch, they only make REST APIs available - these could be consumed by your application.
