I have several questions:

1.  How do I get the OutSystems Service center to install on my computer?

2.  How do I get the company to respond to my request for assistance? Ignoring a potential customer who cannot get past "Stage 1" is not a good way to expand business.

3.  How much does the system cost?

1) Service Center isn't only "Service Center" it's a part of the Agile Platform. Download the Free Community Edition in order to evaluate the platform capabilities here: http://www.outsystems.com/download

One thing to keep in mind is that OutSystems is based out of Portugal, so a non-emergency support ticket put in during the afternoon in US hours often will not get answered until the middle of the morning. I have found that almost invariably, I have an answer to a question in my inbox when I wake up. :)
